As a management team we have a diverse range of skills and proven experience in the delivery of complex Home Healthcare packages.

 

Our service user’s typically have a primary health need and have care requirements that are complex or intense and/or unpredictable. They require a high quality care service delivered by trained and skilled staff to provide a flexible and reliable package of care.

Our staff undertake thorough training that meets National Standards. All staff complete a mandatory training programme and in addition, we also offer specialised training and development to all of our staff in specific conditions based upon the needs of the service users that they will be working with.

We always allocate a team of primary carers to our services users to allow familiar faces which foster and ensure relationship building; but of course we also have secondary carers allocated to the same service users as backup to ensure continuity of reliable care.
