Our staff promote and deliver high quality care to service users in the environment of their choice – their home – enabling them to reach an optimal level of independence taking into account the limitations imposed on them by their medical condition/s.  We invest time in ensuring that the staff providing care are appropriately matched to each service user in terms of personality, personal likes and interests.  We also provide the opportunity for service users and their families to be involved in the interview process with our staff to ensure a suitable match with their requirements.

The care and support is provided by a team of Support Workers, Complex Care Worker and Registered Nurses who have had prior experience working in this field.  Our staff undergo a thorough recruitment and vetting process to ensure they meet both our internal standards and those of the Care Quality Commission, to enable them to work in this environment.

Our service is regulated by the Care Quality Commission and is appraised by the regulatory bodies on a frequent basis.  We continuously review our procedures to make sure that every aspect of our service and member of Solution2Care Service staff are fully compliant.
