Home Care services

Solution2Care Services provides home care for Children, Adults and the Elderly, helping them to remain independent and ensure they have a good quality of life. The services we provide can be described as a broad spectrum.

Our team works with children and adults, their families, protection agencies and carers to provide the right solutions. Our range of support aims to build brighter futures for people with physical and learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injuries, complex behavioural difficulties, complex needs and many more.

Respite Care services

We know the importance to families and carers of Elderly service users/Children and Young People with disabilities, to have the ability to have breaks and respite periods. Maximising the benefit to the families is largely about generating trust in our services. The way we engender trust in our clients is through our experience, having staff with a caring nature, competence of care/support workers, being able to show and prove this through training and qualifications and the one-to-one knowledge and relationship our office management build with them.

We have found that, from the feedback of families/ parents/ carers, that without trust in the people caring for their loved one, they are unable to relax and truly enjoy their break/respite. Instead they are racked with worry and never truly enjoy their time away.

For this reason, our Care Team Supervisor is dispatched at the first meeting with family and the care/support worker to ensure that they understand who we are as an agency, our background and commitment to excellence.

How Do Solution2care services Visit Work?

We invite prospective clients or their families to get in touch in the first instance for an initial consultation. If all parties are happy with the initial contact then we will organise a more in-depth discussion or meeting with our Liaison Team to come up with an agreed care plan and schedule.

Home visits are attended by our highly trained carers. All Solution2Care Services clients are provided with a daily log book placed in a secure place within the home. The daily log book details every aspect of care provided on a given day. This will detail the arrival of the carer and logout time when the care visit ends.

Clients or their families can then check the times of the care visits so that they are assured that all calls have been properly attended in accordance with the agreed plan.

What Does it Cost?

You can decide how much care you need, how much you can afford and when you want it. Our experienced carers are available for care from 1 hour visits to a full day sitting services. Our prices are all inclusive and there are no hidden costs.
